METZ unveil their new track “Spit You Out”

METZ Spit You OutToronto's indie rock powerhouse METZ unveil their new track "Spit You Out" from the forthcoming second album METZ II. Known for huge raucous sounds, METZ deliver their music loud and in your face with "Spit You Out". METZ II is due for release on 4th May through Sub Pop.

The new release of "Spit You Out" comes in wake of METZ's recent announcement of their North American/European tour. The tour kicks off this month and includes shows in New York and Denver, as well as shows with Lightning Bolt (15th-18th April), FIDLAR (11th-19th May), Protomartyr (1st-2nd May) and Bad Breeding (16th June). METZ's only UK show is at the Underwold in London on 16th June, but they'll be back this summer for the festival circuit.

Grinding guitar lines, thunderous drums and howling vocals, "Spit You Out" will immediately burst your ear drums. METZ have also unveiled a live video of them performing "Nervous System", filmed by Pitchfork TV at Mexico City’s NRMAL Festival. Watch the video here.

METZ II features the tracks "Acetate", "Spit You Out" and "The Swimmer". The album was recorded at various studios throughout Ontario, Canada, produced and mixed by the band with assistance from returning engineer Graham Walsh.
