Gengahr announce October tourHaving announced details of their debut full length album A Dream Outside, North London's Gengahr are set to embark on their first UK headline tour this October.

With the band cutting their teeth on the road supporting the likes of Jungle, Alt-J and Wolf Alice, as well as sharing their smoky, spellbinding music to audiences at Glastonbury, Latitude and MIDI over the past year, 2015 will mark the release of their anticipated debut A Dream Outside. The debut album will be released through Transgressive Records on 15th June.

Gengahr will support the release of their album with several dates across the UK, including their biggest hometown show at London's Scala on 8th October. The band are also on course for a busy summer, as they're set to join The Maccabees and The Strokes for an intimate run of shows at several festivals including The Great Escape, Liverpool Sound City, Blissfields and Latitude.

On top of all that, Gengahr have unveiled their new single "Heroine", offer an exciting teaser to the new album. Sugary pop hooks knitted together by the band's woozier tendencies, bounded by bass lines and shoe gazing guitar rhythms ignited by guitarist John Victor's solo thrashing; "Heroin" gradually moles into a gigantic piece.

The band's headline tour kicks off on the 6th October at Brighton's Komedia. They stop by Bristol on the 8th before finishing at The Harley in Sheffield on the 21st.
