Video: indie newcomers Anteros share “Ring Ring”

IRing Ringndie newcomers Anteros have revealed a video for their new track, "Ring Ring".

Taken from the band's current EP Breakfast, the video for "Ring Ring" documents the band's travels this summer, which saw them open the Other Stage at Glastonbury and play to packed crowds at Reading & Leeds and Secret Garden Party, to name a few.

The video is shot by up and coming photographer Phoebe Fox, who also appeared in the band's recent video for "The Beat".

Explaining the inspiration behind the track the band say: "We can’t imagine a life without music now, but it is such an up and down path to go down. It constantly feels like you’re sat in a waiting room: you’re waiting to be given a chance, trust or responsibility."

Anteros released their first single a few months ago. The band have quickly established a devoted fan base and gained critical attention, with plaudits coming in from the NME, The Guardian and DIY. They were also chosen as one of Annie Mac’s New Names for 2016.

Taking the lead of their fiercely endearing front woman Laura Hayden, there would seem to be no stopping the London four piece. The Breakfast EP is out now on Kissability.
